We pack every order by hand to make sure your granola arrives fresh, crunchy, and ready to fuel your day.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

(We do our best to get it to you quickly, but carrier delays can happen.)

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Issues with Your Order
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, email us at kb@bornagaingranola.com within 5 days and include a photo—we’ll make it right.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
